About Me:

Hi, I'm Tim Warson (LinkedIn). I have two kids and a wonderful wife, and live in Denver, CO. I have spent the last 15+ years as an executive and technical recruiter at a number of early stage and public companies.

Most recently I led R&D Executive Recruiting at HashiCorp, the leading cloud infrastructure software company, culminating in a successful $6.4bn acquisition by IBM.

I spent the early years of my career building companies across Washington, DC, ranging from software and hardware startups to corporations, think tanks, nonprofits, defense and telecom companies.

I spent the following decade growing Series A through Series E stage technology, engineering, and hardware companies. Along the way, I built the teams responsible for products ranging from supersonic jets to enterprise software with tens of millions of users.
