About Me: I'm Tim Warson (LinkedIn), an experienced executive and technical recruiter with years of agency and in-house corporate recruiting experience.

I spent the early years of my career building companies across Washington, DC, ranging from software and hardware startups to established corporations, think tanks, nonprofits, and defense agencies.

Following my passion for innovative technology companies, I spent the next decade growing Series A-D stage technology, engineering, and aerospace companies. Along the way I built the teams responsible for products ranging from supersonic jets to beloved software with tens of millions of users.

Most recently I led R&D Executive Recruiting at HashiCorp (NDAQ: HCP), the leading cloud infrastructure software company, culminating in a successful $6.4bn acquisition by IBM (NYSE: IBM).

I saw an opportunity, as well as a gap in the market, for targeted search work by a specialist that knows recruiting and understands how organizations operate from the inside.
