About Me:

Hi, I'm Tim Warson (LinkedIn). I have two kids and a wonderful wife, and live in Denver, CO. I have spent the last 15+ years as an executive and technical recruiter at a number of early stage and public companies.

Most recently I led R&D Executive Recruiting at HashiCorp, the leading cloud infrastructure software company, culminating in a successful $6.4bn acquisition by IBM.

I spent the early years of my career building companies across Washington, DC, ranging from software and hardware startups to major corporations.

I spent the next decade growing Series A through Series E stage technology, engineering, and hardware companies. Along the way, I built the teams responsible for products ranging from supersonic jets to enterprise software with tens of millions of users.

In my spare time, my hobbies include time with family, playing guitar, reading, gardening, cooking, and snowboarding.

Throughout my career, I have seen a gap in the market for targeted search work by specialist that knows recruiting and understands how organizations operate from the inside -- and started Warson Search!
